What to do with your veil during the reception

As the day goes on, you may find that you no longer want or need to wear your veil. Whether it's getting in the way while dancing or simply feeling too hot, there are a few options for what to do with your veil during the reception.

  1. Remove it completely: If you're not a fan of the veil or simply want to switch up your look, you can remove it entirely. This is a great option if you have a hairstyle that can hold up on its own or if you want to wear a different headpiece for the reception.

  2. Pin it up: If you like the look of the veil but don't want it hanging down, you can pin it up to the back of your hair. This will give you the option of wearing it for the ceremony and then tucking it away for the reception.

  3. Wear it as a headband: If you have a shorter veil, you can repurpose it as a headband for the reception. Simply fold the veil in half and secure it to the back of your head with bobby pins.

Ultimately, it's up to you and what you feel comfortable with. Whether you choose to remove the veil completely, pin it up or wear it as a headband, there are plenty of options for what to do with your veil during the reception.
