What is your return policy? Customer satisfaction is very importance to us, please contact us with any questions you may have before placing your order. If you are not happy with your purchase please see the policies below.

We offer exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, new and non customized items. We pick up returns on Fridays, so please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. All custom orders are final sale.

All returns must be post marked within 14 days. If they are not, they will not be eligible for a return. If a return is sent after 14 days the return will be canceled.

All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges back to us are your responsibility. International shipping charges and any shipping upgrade will not be refundable. Worn returns will not be accepted.

All exchanges will be issued store credit minus original shipping charges. If you would like to make an exchange, please email us once the return is started below. Worn exchanges will not be accepted.

Customized  items (special orders, custom lengths, dew drops , custom options) and clearance items are final sale.

*If an item is delivered damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will exchange it for you. If damaged after the 48 hours we can not accept damaged returns. 

*If an item arrives late in fault of transit time with the carrier (and not our error) we can not issue full refunds. Your item will be subject to our standard restocking fee above. We can only offer full refunds on late items if it is due to our error. Please contact us ahead of time if you need a veil by a certain date so we can provide the most accurate shipping method.
